Ha Tinh elects additional provincial leadership positions

(Dan Tri) - The People's Council of Ha Tinh province held a meeting to elect leadership positions of the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and add members to the People's Committee after the Party Congress.

On the morning of October 29, the People's Council of Ha Tinh province held the 32nd session to discuss and approve 6 resolutions on dismissal and election of a number of additional leadership positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of the 18th term, 2021-2026.

The Provincial People's Council has dismissed the positions of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang, due to job transfer.

The Provincial People's Council also dismissed the Provincial People's Committee members Bui Quang Hoan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and Nguyen Huy Hung, Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council, due to job transfer.

Delegates of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province elected to supplement a number of leadership positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of the 18th term, 2021-2026 term.

As a result, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Tinh province.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuong Duc commune, was elected Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet, Director of the Department of Education and Training and Mr. Ho Huy Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ky Xuan commune, were elected to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee.

The meeting also elected additional members of the Provincial People's Committee, including Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Tran Viet Hai, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Le Thanh Dong, and Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Thanh Dien.

The current Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee includes Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Mr. Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee has 55 members, the Standing Committee has 15 members.
