Hundreds of typical products, including OCOP products from Ho Chi Minh City and other regions, are gathered to serve shopping during the Tet holiday.

Hundreds of agricultural products were brought by farmers, cooperatives, and businesses to the 2024 Agricultural Products Fair to introduce them to consumers and boost trade promotion during the Tet holiday. On December 21st, the City's Vocational Training and Farmer Support Center (under the Ho Chi Minh City Farmers' Association) inaugurated the 2024 Agricultural Products Fair in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. This fair features typical agricultural products and OCOP products from Ho Chi Minh City and other regions.

The 2024 Agricultural Products Fair featured 24 participating stalls. Participating units will livestream sales on social media platforms. According to the organizers, this fair will be held in two sessions: the first from December 21-22, 2024; and the second from December 27-29, 2024. This is one of the practical activities supporting farmers in promoting and selling their products, effectively implementing the Project on Innovation in Agricultural Product Business and Consumption Methods for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 20230 in Ho Chi Minh City.

This will strengthen the linkages between production and consumption of products, forming safe product production, supply, and consumption chains. At the same time, it will attract people to shop, thereby promoting the socio-economic development of the city in general and the agricultural sector in particular. It will also effectively implement the city's urban agricultural economic restructuring program; and make the "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" campaign increasingly effective and practical within the political system.
