Hiep Hoa: Successfully auctioned 83 land lots, winning prices continue to increase

BAC GIANG - On April 19, in Hiep Hoa district (Bac Giang), an auction of the right to use 83 residential land lots in Bac Ly - Huong Lam Residential Area (phase 1), Bac Ly town took place. As a result, 100% of the land lots were successfully auctioned.

The auction, hosted by Dai Duong Group Joint Stock Auction Company, had 175 participants with 675 applications. As a result, 83/83 lots had bidders and were successfully auctioned with a total winning price of more than 256 billion VND, an increase of more than 125 billion VND compared to the starting price (131.6 billion VND).

Of which, the lot with the highest winning price was 6.389 billion VND, a difference of more than 3.864 billion VND compared to the starting price with an area of ​​168.3 m2. The lot with the lowest winning price was 2.497 million VND, an increase of 859 million VND compared to the starting price with an area of ​​108 m2.

It is known that in the previous auction, the land lots in this area were also successfully auctioned, the price increased compared to the starting price, in which the highest winning lot was 6.9 billion VND (area 154 m2), an increase of more than 4.6 billion VND compared to the starting price.

This land is considered to have a beautiful location, convenient traffic, and large public area, so it attracts many investors.
