Coach Ten Hag delivered bad news regarding injuries to Casemiro and Martinez.

"Casemiro and Martinez are seriously injured, I don't expect them to be back before Christmas," said manager Ten Hag at the press conference ahead of the fourth matchday of Group A in the Champions League between Man Utd and Copenhagen, which will take place early tomorrow morning (03:00 on November 9th, Vietnam time).

"I've been briefed on their recovery progress, but it's difficult to expect them to be back anytime soon," coach Ten Hag stated.

Previously, Manchester United were without Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw, and Amad Diallo due to injury. Meanwhile, striker Jadon Sancho was dropped from the squad after publicly criticizing manager Ten Hag.

Therefore, the injuries to Casemiro and Martinez have put Man Utd in a difficult position in competing for a place in the knockout round of Group A of the Champions League as well as a top 4 position in the Premier League.

However, the Dutch strategist also delivered good news, stating that Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire are ready to play as the injuries they sustained last weekend are relatively minor.
