Support businesses, increase access to preferential capital sources

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 58 of the Government, the province has supported businesses in reducing costs and increasing access to preferential capital sources and State support resources.

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 58 of the Government on a number of key policies and solutions to support enterprises to proactively adapt, recover quickly and develop sustainably by 2025, the province has supported cost reduction for enterprises, increased access to preferential capital sources and State support resources.

Accordingly, in addition to implementing support solutions on taxes, fees, charges and land rents, the province has directed relevant agencies to implement policies to support business households in converting to enterprises; and reform tax management for business households.

Currently, 100% of enterprises in the province have registered, declared, paid taxes, and refunded taxes electronically, used electronic invoices, and generated electronic invoices from cash registers.

The province has implemented many solutions to apply science and technology and take advantage of local resources to reduce input costs in agriculture ; review and remove difficulties and obstacles in cost management and construction norms.

Regularly inspect the distribution system and retail stores of gasoline; promote the application of technology in management, transparency of market information, contributing to maintaining a stable supply of gasoline; manage and distribute electricity transparently and publicly, ensuring safe, stable and continuous electricity supply.
