Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested to complete the restructuring of public service units in November, ensuring effective and timely operations.

The Government Office issued Notice No. 593/TB-VPCP dated October 31, 2025, concluding the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's meeting on the implementation status and handling of difficulties in implementing two-level local government.

The Prime Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Home Affairs and other ministries, branches and localities in resolutely implementing the tasks assigned by the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Government and the Prime Minister; the Ministry of Home Affairs has actively and proactively coordinated closely with the Government Office in developing reports and preparing documents for Government and Prime Minister meetings to promptly direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles, and the improvement of institutions and policies, especially in the fields of organizational structure, finance, education, health care and administrative reform.../.
