The Prime Minister requested to arrange and assign officials and civil servants to the right job positions.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed the Ministry of Home Affairs and other ministries and branches to inspect, review, and arrange officials and civil servants to ensure they are in the right positions and meet their tasks.

The Government Office issued Notice No. 593/TB-VPCP dated October 31, 2025, concluding the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's meeting on the implementation status and handling of difficulties in implementing two-level local government.

Regarding the arrangement and assignment of cadres, civil servants and public employees to ensure the right job positions, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with ministries, branches and localities to urge and inspect the review, arrangement and assignment of cadres, civil servants and public employees to ensure the right job positions, meeting task requirements; and increase the secondment of capable and experienced cadres to the grassroots./.
