Can I get into medical school if I major in French?

I am majoring in French and planning to major in Medicine and Pharmacy, but I don't know if any schools accept related combination degrees.

I am a 10th grade student, planning to use the D03 combination (Math, Literature, French) to register for university admission. I quite like the Medical and Pharmaceutical majors, but after researching, I found that schools in this major mainly recruit using the B00 combination (Math, Chemistry, Biology) and A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry).

I would like to ask if there is any medical school that recruits with the D03 combination, or is there any suitable admission method related to French to enter medical schools?
