Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, on September 19, at the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Phu Tho Association in the Czech Republic donated 268.5 million VND to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
Representatives of Phu Tho Association in the Czech Republic presented money to support people affected by storm No. 3 through the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
Currently, in the Czech Republic, there are nearly 5,000 Phu Tho people living, studying and working. Although far away from the Fatherland, the hearts of overseas Vietnamese always turn to their homeland. Every year, the Phu Tho Association in the Czech Republic organizes activities to return to their roots and commemorate their ancestors.
This is a practical activity, demonstrating the affection, responsibility and spirit of "mutual love" of the children of Phu Tho homeland in the Czech Republic to share, contribute, and create more resources to support and help people in flood-affected areas overcome difficulties, quickly restore production and stabilize life.
