According to the working program this morning (November 6) until November 10, the 6th session of the National Assembly enters the 3rd working week and is also the last working week of the 1st session.
2.5 days of questioning and answering questions
Notably, from the morning of November 6 to the end of the morning of November 8, the National Assembly spent 2.5 days conducting questions and answers.
Different from usual practice, at the mid-term session, the National Assembly will question the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly and resolutions of the National Assembly from the beginning of the 15th term to the 4th session according to groups of fields.
On the morning of November 6, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue delivered the opening speech of the question and answer session.
Then, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, on behalf of the Government, reported on the implementation of a number of resolutions on thematic supervision and questioning.
Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Le Minh Tri, and State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan will present reports.
Secretary General of the National Assembly Bui Van Cuong presented a report summarizing the content of the examination of the above issues.
Immediately afterwards, from 9:40 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., the National Assembly began a questioning session with ministers and heads of sectors in the fields of planning and investment, finance, and banking.
From 2:40 p.m. to 5 p.m., questions will continue on the fields of industry and trade, agriculture and rural development, transportation, construction, natural resources and environment. This content will continue until mid-morning on November 7.
From 9:10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on November 7, the National Assembly will question the fields of justice, internal affairs, security and order, social safety, inspection, court, prosecution and audit.
From 3:00 p.m. on November 7 to 9:30 a.m. on November 8, the National Assembly will spend time questioning groups in the fields of science and technology; education and training; culture, sports and tourism; health; labor, war invalids and social affairs; and information and communications.
Finally, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is expected to report, clarify related issues and answer questions from National Assembly deputies.
All question and answer sessions are broadcast live on television and radio for voters and people nationwide to follow.
