More than 3,700 athletes will run in the heart of Ninh Binh heritage

Representatives of Ninh Binh Department of Culture and Sports ; Trang An Ninh Binh Company Limited and sponsors at the announcement ceremony of Ninh Binh Heritage Half Marathon 2025 partners.

Ninh Binh Heritage Half Marathon 2025 is organized by Trang An Ninh Binh Company Limited in coordination with Ninh Binh Department of Culture and Sports and other departments and branches, scheduled to take place on August 31, 2025. Etugi Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company is the diamond sponsor; Tica Land, strategic partner; Sun Group and Sun Urban City Ha Nam Corporation are the gold sponsors; PR Sport Joint Stock Company is the main sponsor.

The race bears a strong local imprint as it takes place at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital and Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex – where majestic nature blends with a thousand-year-old cultural depth. More than 3,700 domestic and international athletes will compete in four distances: 3km – 5km – 10km and a 21km half marathon.

Participating in the race, athletes will pass through outstanding landscapes such as limestone mountains, winding rivers, golden Tam Coc rice fields, peaceful villages and valuable historical relics. Each step in the race is not only a journey of physical training, but also a journey of discovering the culture, people and nature of Ninh Binh.

Mr. Le Minh Tho - Director of Trang An Ninh Binh Company Limited said that the highlight of this year's tournament is the combination of sports with community activities. In 2025, the company raised more than 1 billion VND to support the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" launched by the Prime Minister.

For this year's race alone, the Organizing Committee has spent 150 million VND to build 3 charity houses for poor households in the province, with the message: "The more people run, the more homes are built".

In parallel, a theme song called “Running in the middle of the heritage” was also produced to inspire, express the spirit of generosity, and connect culture and sports in every step.

In addition, the tournament's identity, including competition shirts, medals, electronic certificates, and race route maps, are all delicately designed with the Ninh Binh identity, depicting the image of Trang An scenic spot, Hoa Lu ancient capital, and the typical natural scenery of the delta region.

Ninh Binh Heritage Half Marathon 2025 continues to affirm its position as a large-scale local sporting event, not only contributing to promoting eco-tourism but also arousing the spirit of healthy living and love of nature in the community.

Ninh Binh province hopes that the tournament will become an annual, symbolic activity, a national "cultural sports brand", contributing to realizing the aspiration of building Ninh Binh into a millennium heritage city.
