According to the plan, strive for 100% of people over 15 years old with smartphones in the city to have access to and be able to use the iHanoi application; the rate of people and businesses accessing and using iHanoi to increase by at least 30% annually; 100% of feedback and suggestions from people and businesses to be processed through the application; 100% of officials and civil servants to be proficient in the iHanoi application...
In the coming time, Hanoi will research and develop iHanoi according to the super application model to integrate a variety of services and features to serve people and businesses from suitable partners. Add new features to the application to meet more needs of people and businesses in the city.
