More than 600 athletes participate in the Tran Phu Commune Sports Festival

On the morning of October 25, Tran Phu commune organized the first Sports Festival - 2025. The festival attracted more than 600 athletes and a large number of officials and people in the area to attend.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Phu Commune Le Duc Tung said that the 1st Tran Phu Commune Sports Festival is a meaningful activity, contributing to spreading the movement of physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho, building a healthy cultural life, connecting the community and discovering and nurturing outstanding athletes to participate in the 11th Capital Sports Festival.

In recent times, the sports movement in Tran Phu commune has developed strongly, with football, volleyball, badminton, athletics, chess clubs... being maintained regularly, attracting a large number of people to participate, becoming a beautiful feature in the spiritual life of the villages.

This Tran Phu Commune Sports Festival gathered athletes from 32 villages, agencies, units, schools, armed forces, competing in 12 events. Previously, from October 11 to 18, competitions such as men's and women's volleyball, football, badminton, chess, Chinese chess, calisthenics, pole pushing... were organized, taking place in an atmosphere of solidarity, honesty, nobility and progress, towards the goal of "Healthy to build and protect the Fatherland".

After the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes and presented souvenir flags to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements. People and delegates enjoyed the grand opening drum performance of the Trung Tien Village Women's Union, the Aerobic performance of My Luong Primary School students and the physical exercise performance of Tran Phu Commune Physical Education Club - creating a vibrant and bustling atmosphere on the national sports festival.

The 1st Tran Phu Commune Sports Festival - 2025 is a great festival for all people, leaving a deep impression, contributing to building Tran Phu homeland to become more and more rich, beautiful and civilized.
