Hue is auctioning off a commercial and service land plot of over 1,800 square meters in a prime location.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - The land plot is being auctioned for lease to implement an investment project for a commercial and service area located on the main road in the center of Hue city.

On November 13th, the Land Development Center (under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thua Thien Hue province) announced that it is coordinating with Quang Nam Financial and Pricing Auction Company to carry out the auction process, sell assets on the land, and transfer land use rights through lease to implement a commercial and service area project in Hue city.

The land plot being auctioned by Thua Thien Hue province this time has an area of ​​over 1,820m2, belonging to plot number 92, cadastral map number 9 (No. 2 Hanoi , Vinh Ninh ward, Hue city).

This can be considered a prime location, as Hanoi Street is among the most modern streets in Hue, with many large buildings and offices. The plot of land is located approximately 50 meters from Phu Xuan Bridge, which spans the Perfume River.

The State sells assets on the land and transfers land use rights in the form of a 50-year land lease with a one-time payment for the entire lease term, allowing investors to implement investment projects through auction.

The total starting price for the auction of the aforementioned land and property is nearly 107 billion VND, including land use rights worth nearly 107 billion VND and assets attached to the land worth nearly 800 million VND. The deposit is over 21.5 billion VND.

The auction will take place on December 20th at the meeting hall of the Quang Nam Financial and Pricing Auction Company, Thua Thien Hue Branch.

The land plot was auctioned off to develop a 9-story commercial and tourism service facility with a total investment of over 266 billion VND. The project implementation schedule is no more than 36 months from the date of land allocation, land lease, or land use purpose conversion.
