For the first time, a huge batch of foreign wine was auctioned with a starting price of 3.7 billion VND.

A shipment of 3,752 bottles of imported wine, with a full list and guaranteed to comply with the National Technical Regulations for alcoholic beverage products, has just been put up for public auction on the online auction system.

On the afternoon of December 2, a representative of Vietnam Auction Partnership (VPA) said that the assets included 3,752 bottles of wine produced abroad and stored in a warehouse, with a detailed list attached, and illustrative images showing many high-end product lines. The shipment was described as being in a state of guaranteed quality, in accordance with the law on alcoholic beverage products.

The starting price for the entire lot is 3,763,700,000 VND. Bidders must purchase the documents for 200,000 VND and deposit 600,000,000 VND. The step price in the session is set at 10,000,000 VND for each bid.

The auction will be conducted online, using an ascending bid method – meaning the highest bidder will be the winning bidder if they meet the conditions. The auction time is set at 10:00 – 10:30 on December 12, 2025.

The auction of a large quantity of foreign wine has attracted the attention of many organizations and individuals who want to do business or collect the product. According to the assessment of the appraisal units, the starting price is determined based on the commodity market, the actual condition of the product and the accompanying legal documents.

Interested parties may register to participate within the specified period before the official auction begins.
