Towards an international festival

It is expected that Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 will be held for 3 days in December 2025 in Hanoi , with many meaningful activities.

The event is not only a series of activities, but also a journey of experience and art discovery .

Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh said that within the framework of the Festival, the competitions and award ceremonies will be an opportunity to honor the winners and recognize works that convey messages of happiness to everyone.

This is also a series of activities describing stories about happiness to send and spread meaningful messages to the world and at the same time raise people's awareness of happiness.

According to Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh, the festival will spread a positive spirit so that the world can see that Vietnam is a happy country and that Vietnamese people are always optimistic about that.

At the same time, it is also an opportunity to convey the message that all Vietnamese people are aware of their happiness; as well as the way to reach true happiness.

To ensure the Opening Ceremony is impressive, the Deputy Minister emphasized the need to choose a suitable time to hold it, create highlights throughout the program, and highlight activities during the festival.

Units need to coordinate effectively to resolve problems and clarify highlights of activities during the event, from opening to closing.

The Deputy Minister expressed his hope that through the program, the Festival will aim to become an international festival, turning the capital Hanoi into a city of happiness. International tourists coming to Vietnam will also feel the presence of happiness, and the festival will spread the message of happiness to everyone.

Also at the meeting, Director of the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) Pham Anh Tuan informed about the progress of implementation, and said that he is urgently completing the program in a spirit of urgency to keep up with the schedule to ensure the Festival takes place solemnly and conveys the most meaningful message to everyone.

According to the organization plan, the overall idea of the event is the Road of Happiness with a journey of 14 activities starting from Le Thai To street to Dinh Tien Hoang street, Hang Khay and ending at the stage at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc square.

The first highlight is the Happiness Every Moment cinema room, where audiences can experience everyday stories about happiness. Next is the Happy Road photo exhibition displaying outstanding photographic works from the Happy Vietnam Awards 2023 - 2025. Photography activities combined with digitalization; sending happiness to tomorrow; interactive product display booths, experiences...

In addition, the Festival also organizes a Happiness seminar, gathering speakers, artists and inspirational people to share their journey of finding happiness and self-love. The Happy Prism area will be a meeting place for domestic and foreign photographers to participate in creative art activities.

A special highlight is the journey of More Than Love - 80 couples with happy stories . This will be a special chapter, full of meaning, symbolizing the 80-year journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the nation. Those 80 years are portrayed through 80 love stories of today's generation, stories that are not only told, but also honored in the most complete way.

The journey ends with a music night that conveys the perfect ending of the Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 event. The music night recreates all the emotions of the entire journey, so that the audience can immerse themselves in the story of Independence - Freedom - Happiness of the Vietnamese people and excitedly welcome the new journey - Happy Vietnam 2026.

The lighting up ceremony of happiness will be the ceremony to announce the video symbol of Vietnamese happiness and will be broadcast simultaneously at the same time on LED screens nationwide.
