Huong Tra: Piloting new operating model at commune and ward level

HNN.VN - On the afternoon of June 23, Huong Tra Town Party Committee organized a trial operation at the new Huong Tra ward for meetings of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and activities of the Public Administration Service Center.

Leaders of the Public Administration Service Center introduce the organizational structure, equipment... ready to go into operation.

The trial operation contents include: Operating the leadership mechanism of the Party Committee through meetings of the Standing Party Committee; Conference of the Standing Party Committee; Conference of the Party Committee of Huong Tra Ward; Operating the operating mechanism of the People's Council of the ward through the People's Council meeting; Operating the activities of the People's Committee of the ward through the People's Committee meeting; Operating the Public Administration Service Center of Huong Tra Ward at the Public Administration Service Center of the town.

According to Mr. Tran Cong Phu - Secretary of Huong Tra Town Party Committee, through the pilot, relevant individuals and departments have fully grasped the procedures, regulations, facilities, equipment..., ensuring smooth operation as required, as well as being ready for official operation from July 1.

"This is an important step in the roadmap to arrange and organize the political apparatus at the commune level in a streamlined, effective and efficient manner, aiming to better serve the people and improve the management capacity at the grassroots level," said Secretary of the Huong Tra Town Party Committee.
