Dan Phuong District ( Hanoi ) has just announced the auction of land use rights for 26 plots in the Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 2), Phung town. Specifically, the plots range in size from 55m2 to 99m2, with a starting price of 14 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot ranges from 193 to 278 million VND.
The auction process will be conducted through direct voting at the auction, using an ascending bid method. Customers who are already aware of the land's location can visit the site in person.

The official auction will take place on September 30th at the People's Committee hall of Phung town, Dan Phuong district.
Dan Phuong is currently one of five districts in Hanoi striving to meet the criteria to become a district-level administrative unit by 2025. Therefore, in recent times, many infrastructure development investment projects have been approved and implemented by the central government and the city in the district to accelerate this transformation process.
Previously, at the end of July, the district held an auction for 85 land plots, including: 2 plots in the Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 3), with a starting price of 42 million VND/m2; 67 plots in the N1 road area, Ha Mo commune, with starting prices ranging from 40 million VND/m2 to 51 million VND/m2; and 16 plots in the De Nhi area, Phuong Dinh commune (phase 2), with starting prices ranging from 35 to 41 million VND/m2.
The total number of bids submitted for the aforementioned auction reached 1,252. This means that each plot of land had 15 interested buyers. Notably, at the end of the auction, the highest winning bid reached 99.2 million VND/m2, double the starting price.
