Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches, domestic and foreign enterprises that cooperate in lychee consumption, along with a large number of traders, cooperatives, and local people.

This crop, Tan Yen district has 1,250 hectares of early ripening lychee with an estimated output of 15 thousand tons (an increase of about 500 tons compared to the previous crop). The production area according to VietGAP standards is 900 hectares. The district has 33 growing area codes for export to markets such as Japan, EU, China, Thailand, Australia... Tan Yen early ripening lychee has outstanding quality, delicious and beautiful, favored by domestic and foreign consumers.
Every year, Tan Yen District People's Committee establishes a working group to direct lychee production, promote the application of new techniques and strictly monitor the entire production chain. At the same time, it closely coordinates with functional sectors in surveying and expanding lychee export areas, monitoring compliance with regulations on growing area codes and packaging facilities. Communication, promotion and connection of lychee consumption are implemented synchronously, early and effectively.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc, Permanent Vice Chairman of Tan Yen District People's Committee emphasized: "We are committed to creating the most favorable conditions to support lychee growers, businesses and traders in harvesting, packaging and consuming products. The district has prepared all resources to ensure a successful and effective crop season". The district hopes to continue receiving the support of logistics units, e-commerce platforms and media so that Tan Yen lychees will be more widely known in the market.

At the conference, representatives of large lychee consuming enterprises such as: Dragonberry Produce Company, Central Retail Group, Ameii Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Global Food Joint Stock Company, VIFOCO Import-Export Joint Stock Company... affirmed that they will continue to accompany, increase purchasing output, and expand domestic and foreign distribution channels.
Many businesses have signed memorandums of understanding with cooperatives and leaders of growing area codes to consume products directly from the locality. Representatives of e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba, Viettel Post and the Provincial Post Office also participated in signing cooperation agreements to expand the market for consuming Tan Yen early lychees through online platforms.

Many opinions suggested that the district continue to promote the construction of a sustainable chain from production to consumption. Strengthen trade promotion, promote the image of Tan Yen early litchi through digital media, social networks, associated with the development of eco-tourism and experiences.
Speaking here, comrade La Van Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade affirmed: Consumption is the key link, therefore the locality needs to closely coordinate with ministries, branches, units, and enterprises to increase promotion in domestic and international markets, promote e-commerce, digital transformation and expand chain linkages.

In particular, focus on product packaging, implementing the correct specifications according to the requirements of the purchasing unit; continue to pay attention to traffic and electricity infrastructure to ensure auxiliary activities. At the same time, pay attention to propaganda and promotion of fabric product brands early; ensure security, order, traffic safety, and residence management for foreign traders coming to purchase locally.
The conference is an important event to kick off the early lychee harvest season in 2025, demonstrating the determination of Tan Yen district and Bac Giang province in increasing the value of agricultural products, promoting consumption in the domestic market and expanding exports, contributing to improving income and life for people.
