The last days of October in Hanoi, the pleasant weather with an average temperature of about 20°C created ideal conditions for the training sessions of the Vietnamese women's team. The whole team maintained good physical condition and high spirits.

Defender Tran Thi Thu shared: "The training volume is higher than the previous session, so the physical strength and technique of the whole team have improved a lot. Every day, we experience new and exciting exercises. Coach Chung always emphasizes that the team is in a difficult group, so everyone must prepare carefully for the 33rd SEA Games. The young players adapt well, and opportunities are divided equally among everyone - whoever tries their best can be selected to compete."

Young midfielder Ngoc Minh Chuyen (21 years old) expressed his determination: "I still need to learn more from my seniors. In the national team, we are trained very carefully in physical strength and technical tactics.
