J&T Express is the only Vietnamese company in the Vietnamese logistics sector to have won the "Enterprise Software - Logistics" award in the "Intelligent Management and Operational Solution" category. The JMS software, developed by J&T Express and applied consistently across 13 countries where the company operates, can be considered the "heart" of the entire system, enabling comprehensive management and processing of data and operational information in the express delivery sector.

With its "Smart Management and Operations Solution," J&T Express utilizes its own technology, built upon accumulated practical experience, to provide a comprehensive solution capable of meeting all the needs of delivery businesses in Vietnam and around the world today.

Specifically, every parcel delivered by J&T Express undergoes a secure processing procedure using a unique tracking number for each parcel, along with a corresponding barcode. All information is synchronized within the data management system and across various platforms, including the Shipper App and VIP Web/App for store owners, the JMS information and operation management software, and the DWS automated distribution system at operating centers, ensuring optimal synchronization in management and operation processes.

J&T Express's "Smart Management and Operations Solutions" category won the "Enterprise Software - Logistics" award.

JMS is an operational information management software that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to collect and analyze problems in the operational system, automatically send daily reports in real time, and detect potential problems in all stages, thereby helping to fix errors that may hinder logistics management.

Alongside developing management solutions, J&T Express also applies technology to its operations, deploying the DWS automated sorting system which performs intelligent scanning, provides data, and synchronizes it within the tracking system, allowing for automatic sorting of goods with an accuracy rate of up to 99.99%. This reduces reliance on manual labor, minimizes errors, lowers operating costs, and reduces delivery times.
