Opening of the 2025 training course on public service culture, discipline and administrative discipline

On the morning of October 27, at the Ha Giang Continuing Education Center, Ha Giang 2 Ward, the Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the University of Economics and Business Administration, Thai Nguyen University, to organize the opening ceremony of a training course on professional skills in public service culture, discipline, administrative discipline, and responsibilities of leaders in implementing discipline and administrative discipline in 2025.

The training course attracted 65 trainees who are cadres, civil servants and public employees of communes and wards.

During the 5-day period (from October 27 to 31), the trainees were taught and trained by lecturers from the University of Economics and Business Administration, Thai Nguyen University, on 8 topics including: Overview of Vietnamese public service culture in the current new period; the role of leaders in building public service culture at the grassroots level; standards of public service communication at the grassroots level; communication standards of cadres and civil servants with organizations and citizens; civilized and friendly behavior in handling administrative work; legal regulations and standards of public service ethics; office culture in the context of new administrative units; culture of coordination and teamwork between units; building an action plan on public service culture at the local level.

Through the training course, the aim is to equip and update the necessary knowledge and skills on public service culture, discipline, and administrative discipline for the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees. Thereby, helping each trainee to improve their sense of responsibility, spirit of serving the people in terms of working style, manners, and standard behavior in performing public duties; building a team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees with good moral qualities, dedication, integrity, professionalism, and efficiency.

At the same time, the training course also enhances awareness of the role and responsibility of setting an example for leaders in maintaining and promoting discipline and administrative order; improves leadership, management, operation and situation handling capacity in public service activities; creates a clear change in implementing public service culture, building a disciplined, responsible, creative and effective working environment, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks of agencies and units, towards building a professional, modern administration serving the people.
