Tuyen Quang has 1 collective and 3 individuals honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor at the Patriotic Emulation Congress among workers.

On the morning of October 26, in Hanoi, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) organized the 11th Patriotic Emulation Congress among workers, civil servants, and laborers, for the period 2025-2030. The Congress agreed to compete in innovation, digital transformation, and improve labor productivity, confidently entering a new era with the country.

Typical collectives and individuals of Tuyen Quang province attended and were honored at the Congress.

Attending the Congress were leaders of the Party, State and agencies; 400 outstanding delegates in the patriotic emulation movement deployed by trade unions nationwide.

This congress was attended by 400 delegates who are typical advanced models with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement of workers and employees nationwide in the past 5 years (2020 - 2025). These are typical factors in various fields, with many topics, initiatives, and useful solutions, benefiting the State and society by thousands of billions of VND; many models and solutions have been replicated, have positive impacts, and have widespread influence.

The Congress is an opportunity to summarize and evaluate the results achieved; the strengths and weaknesses in leadership, direction, organization of emulation movements and implementation of reward policies; and to propose directions, tasks and solutions to continue to innovate and promote emulation movements.

At the same time, it is also an opportunity to recognize the contributions of the emulation movement to the country's socio -economic development; to commend and honor typical advanced collectives and individuals, and new factors, thereby continuing to arouse and strongly encourage the sense of responsibility and dedication of the workforce to the cause of national innovation.

At this Congress, Tuyen Quang has 1 collective and 3 typical individuals attending and being honored, including the Trade Union of Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Company and 3 individuals: Mr. Hoang Van Khan, Head of Mechanical and Electrical Department of MSA YB Company Limited; Mr. Ngo Quang Chien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial General Hospital; Mr. Pham Minh Tri, technical officer, Song Mien 5 Factory, Song Mien 5 Hydropower Joint Stock Company.
