Tuyen Quang has 1 collective and 3 individuals honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor at the Patriotic Emulation Congress among workers.

On the morning of October 26, in Hanoi, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) organized the 11th Patriotic Emulation Congress among workers, civil servants, and laborers, for the period 2025-2030. The Congress agreed to compete in innovation, digital transformation, and improve labor productivity, confidently entering a new era with the country.

Outstanding collectives and individuals from Tuyen Quang province were invited to attend and be honored at the Congress.

Attending the Congress were leaders of the Party, State and agencies, and 400 outstanding delegates from the patriotic emulation movement implemented by trade unions nationwide.

This congress is attended by 400 delegates who are outstanding role models with excellent achievements in the patriotic emulation movement of workers and employees nationwide over the past five years (2020 - 2025). These are exemplary individuals in various fields, with many useful ideas, initiatives, and solutions that have benefited the State and society by thousands of billions of dong; many models and solutions have been replicated, having a positive impact and widespread influence.

The Congress is an opportunity to summarize and evaluate the results achieved; the strengths and weaknesses in leadership, guidance, and organization of the emulation movement and the implementation of reward policies; and to propose directions, tasks, and solutions to continue innovating and promoting the emulation movement.

At the same time, it is also an opportunity to acknowledge the contributions of the emulation movement to the socio -economic development of the country; to commend and honor exemplary collectives and individuals, and new factors, thereby continuing to strongly inspire and encourage the spirit of responsibility and dedication of the workforce to the cause of national renewal.

At this Congress, Tuyen Quang had one exemplary collective and three exemplary individuals who were honored, including the Trade Union of Ha Giang Mechanical and Mineral Joint Stock Company and three individuals: Mr. Hoang Van Khan, Head of the Mechanical and Electrical Department of MSA YB Co., Ltd.; Mr. Ngo Quang Chien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial General Hospital; and Mr. Pham Minh Tri, technical officer, Song Mien 5 Power Plant, Song Mien 5 Hydropower Joint Stock Company.
