Speaking at the AMME 17 Conference, Deputy Minister Vo Tuan Nhan emphasized that this is the first time in 4 years that we have directly attended the AMME Conference, which has reminded us of the serious impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic that we have all experienced, and the lessons learned in overcoming this difficult time: only with joint efforts and strong solidarity can we rise from the fight against the pandemic. However, in the recovery process, we cannot forget the "double crisis" that the ASEAN region and the world are facing, which is climate change, environmental pollution and biodiversity loss.
