The exhibitions "The Great Victory of Spring 1975 and the New Era of Development for the Vietnamese Nation" and "Proud of a Border Region" display more than 200 images recreating the long, arduous, and unwavering struggle of our army and people in the resistance war against the US to save the country.
The pinnacle was the heroic struggle of the army and people of South Vietnam, along with the immense mobilization of human and material resources from the entire country, which carried out three key strategic blows (the Central Highlands campaign, the Hue-Da Nang campaign, and the Ho Chi Minh campaign) to liberate Saigon on April 30, 1975.
The soldiers visited the exhibition.
The Spring Offensive and Uprising of 1975 was a resounding victory, ending 21 years of resistance against the American imperialist invasion. Building on this heroic tradition, after 50 years of construction, protection, and development, the Party Committee and people of Ho Chi Minh City have always been united, dynamic, and creative, achieving many great accomplishments and pioneering initiatives with practical models and solutions in the process of construction, reform, and development.
To date, Ho Chi Minh City has increasingly affirmed its role as a special urban area – a major center for economy, culture, education, training, science, and technology; a hub for international exchange and integration; and a pioneering city, ready to join the rest of the country in entering a new era – an era of striving, developing, and prospering for the Vietnamese nation.
In addition, the exhibition also displays outstanding and representative works from the 3rd "Proud of a Border Region" art photography competition, organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department in coordination with the Central Foreign Affairs Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Public Security, the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, the Border Guard Command, and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

People enjoyed the works at the exhibition.
This activity aims to honor and portray the life, work, daily activities, training, and combat of our soldiers and people who are day and night firmly protecting the borders of the Fatherland, especially in areas with large ethnic minority populations, reflecting the glorious 80-year tradition of the Vietnam People's Army.
