Opening of the Fine Arts Exhibition to celebrate the 50th anniversary of National Reunification Day in Hanoi - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

On the morning of April 23, at the Exhibition House No. 29 Hang Bai (Hanoi), the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the Vietnam Fine Arts Association held the opening ceremony of the "Fine Arts Exhibition commemorating the 50th anniversary of National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025)".

The exhibition brings to the public an artistic space imbued with history and national pride.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Dinh Thi Mai, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission; Ta Quang Dong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; representatives and leaders of the exhibition organizing units and Hanoi city, many painters, sculptors, and art-loving people and tourists.

The exhibition introduces 50 works of painting, graphics, sculpture, sketches... of high artistic value, with thematic content related to Southern Liberation Day, National Reunification Day and the theme of praising the homeland, the aspiration to rise up; at the same time, through artistic techniques and language, propagating to the public the love of homeland, country, national pride and revolutionary tradition.

Outstanding and typical works are selected from authors across the country to display and introduce to the public, showing the comprehensive and profound development of the country in many of the following fields: 50 years of national reunification, innovation and development in the era of growth.

Among them are works by many generations of painters, sculptors, and veteran artists who have made outstanding contributions to Vietnamese fine arts and the cause of national construction and defense.
