On the morning of October 31, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce resolutions and decisions on personnel work in the province, after being approved by the National Assembly Standing Committee and the Prime Minister.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee announced the Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on approving the election results of the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Lam Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee from October 16, 2025; approving the election results of the Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Lu Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee from October 16, 2025; announcing the Prime Minister's decision approving the election results of the position of Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
Also at the conference, the Organizing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Khanh Son commune to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Mr. Tran Ngoc Sanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Standing Committee in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Mr. Nguyen Quang Hong Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; the term of holding the positions is from November 1, 2025.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Ta Hong Quang - Provincial Party Committee member, Provincial Inspector General to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Nha Trang Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030; Mr. Mau Thai Phuong - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Khanh Son Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030; Mr. Dam Ngoc Quang - Secretary of Van Thang Commune Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Van Ninh Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030; Mr. Mai Huu Bao Huy - Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Council Office to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Van Thang Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030; the term of holding the positions is from November 1, 2025.
Next, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council appointing Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Van Ninh Commune People's Council to hold the position of Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council from November 1, 2025.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on receiving and transferring Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to work at the Provincial Inspectorate and appoint him to the position of Provincial Chief Inspector; Mr. Le Hong Phuong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board to work at the Provincial People's Committee Office and appoint him to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial People's Committee Office; the appointment period for the positions is 5 years, starting from November 1, 2025.
At the conference, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that personnel work is a regular and important task of Party committees, Party organizations, and authorities at all levels. In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party committees, Party organizations, and authorities at all levels have paid great attention to and implemented personnel work to ensure regulations, procedures, and principles in the spirit of "right person, right job."
Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested that the officials who have just been approved by the Central Committee to hold key positions at the provincial level continue to promote their capacity and experience; uphold the spirit of solidarity, creativity and responsibility; and work in accordance with the direction of General Secretary To Lam in personnel work, which is to "have enough virtue, strength, talent, dynamism, creativity and be exemplary in performing all tasks."
Each cadre needs to work with the Party Committee and leaders of agencies and units to build solidarity, consensus, and take decisive action to successfully carry out assigned tasks.
Speaking after receiving the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, expressed his deep awareness of the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to him by the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, especially in the context and requirements of the new development stage of the province entering a decade of raising the level of development and double-digit economic growth.
