The Speaker of the National Assembly presided over the ceremony to announce decisions on personnel matters.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested further strengthening unity and cohesion within the unit, while also taking the lead and setting an example in maintaining discipline and order.

On the afternoon of October 28th, at the National Assembly building, Politburo member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man presided over the ceremony to announce decisions on personnel matters.

At the ceremony, Ms. Ta Thi Yen, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Party Committee's Organization Department and Deputy Chairperson of the National Assembly's Committee on Delegate Affairs, announced the decisions of the National Assembly Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel matters.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee has appointed Comrade Le Quang Manh, Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office, to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and to hold the position of Secretary of the National Assembly Office Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science , Technology and Environment, has joined the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Dong, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Delegate Affairs, participates in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee and holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Committee on Delegate Affairs for the 2025-2030 term; he is assigned and appointed to concurrently hold the position of Head of the Organization Department of the National Assembly Party Committee.

Presenting the appointment decisions to the newly appointed comrades and giving his assignment speech, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man stated that the appointment of three comrades to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the positions of Secretary of the subordinate Party Committees, as well as the consolidation of the position of Head of the Organization Department of the National Assembly Party Committee, demonstrates the close attention of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee to the work of personnel organization and Party building of the subordinate Party Committees and advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee.

The Chairman of the National Assembly expressed his hope that, with their extensive experience at the local level and in their respective units, the comrades would continue to thoroughly understand the Resolution of the First National Assembly Party Congress and the National Assembly Party Committee's Action Program to implement the resolution, in order to effectively lead and direct its implementation within their units.

At the same time, the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office, the Party Committee of the Committee on Delegate Affairs, the Party Committee of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, and the Organization Department of the National Assembly Party Committee are leading and directing the effective implementation of important tasks such as: thorough and meticulous preparation in all aspects to ensure the success of the 10th Session - the last regular session of the 15th term; advising on the preparation for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; thorough and meticulous preparation of draft laws and resolutions to be passed at the 10th Session; looking towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; organizing activities to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the first general election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly...

The Speaker of the National Assembly also requested that the comrades in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, and the Secretaries of the Party Committees under the National Assembly Party Committee further strengthen Party building, political ideology, organizational work, inspection, and internal political security.

Recalling President Ho Chi Minh's admonition to "preserve unity within the Party as carefully as one protects the pupil of one's eye," and "unity, unity, great unity; success, success, great success," the Chairman of the National Assembly urged the comrades to further strengthen unity and cohesion within their units, while also taking the lead and setting an example in upholding discipline and order.

The Speaker of the National Assembly expressed his wish that the comrades would always innovate their thinking and make many innovations in leading and directing their respective units to carry out assigned tasks, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency, thereby contributing to the successful completion of the National Assembly's overall mission.

On behalf of the comrades who received the appointment decisions, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Delegate Affairs Nguyen Huu Dong affirmed that they will continue to strive, uphold a high sense of responsibility, develop their abilities and practical experience, build a united, clean, strong, innovative Party Committee, agency, and unit, and strive to successfully complete all assigned political tasks.
