The National Assembly Chairman presided over the ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man proposed to further strengthen solidarity and unity within the unit, while at the same time being a pioneer and exemplary leader in maintaining discipline and order.

On the afternoon of October 28, at the National Assembly House, Politburo member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man chaired the ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work.

At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Party Committee's Organization Committee and Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs Committee Ta Thi Yen announced the decisions of the National Assembly Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee appointed: Comrade Le Quang Manh, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science , Technology and Environment, joined the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee on Science, Technology and Environment for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Dong, Chairman of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs Committee, participated in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee for the 2025-2030 term; assigned and appointed him to concurrently hold the position of Head of the National Assembly Party Committee Organization Committee.

Presenting the decision to the appointed comrades and delivering the assignment speech, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man stated that the appointment of three comrades to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the affiliated Party Committees, and the completion of the position of Head of the National Assembly Party Committee's Organization Board demonstrates the close attention of the National Assembly Party Committee's Standing Committee to the work of organizing cadres, Party building work of the affiliated Party Committees, and the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee.

The National Assembly Chairman hopes that comrades, with their extensive experience in the locality as well as the units they have worked in, will continue to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 1st National Assembly Party Congress and the Action Program of the National Assembly Party Committee to implement the resolution in order to lead and direct its implementation well in their units.

At the same time, lead and direct the Party Committee of the National Assembly Office, the Party Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee, the Party Committee of the Science, Technology and Environment Committee, and the National Assembly Party Committee's Organizing Committee to well implement important tasks such as: carefully and thoroughly preparing in all aspects for the 10th Session - the last regular session of the 15th term to be a great success; advising on preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; carefully and thoroughly preparing draft laws and resolutions passed at the 10th Session; towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; organizing activities towards the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly...

The National Assembly Chairman also requested comrades in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, and Secretaries of Party Committees under the National Assembly Party Committee to further strengthen Party building, political ideology, organization, inspection, and internal political protection.

Recalling Uncle Ho's advice on "preserving solidarity within the Party like preserving the pupil of one's eye," "unity, solidarity, great solidarity, success, success, great success," the National Assembly Chairman asked comrades to further strengthen solidarity and unity within the unit, while at the same time being pioneers and exemplary leaders in maintaining discipline and order.

The National Assembly Chairman hopes that comrades will always renew their thinking, have many innovations in leadership and direction of their units in charge of performing assigned tasks to ensure productivity, quality and efficiency, contributing to the successful completion of the common tasks of the National Assembly.

On behalf of the comrades who were awarded the decision, Chairman of the National Assembly Delegation Work Committee Nguyen Huu Dong affirmed that he will continue to make efforts, strive, uphold the sense of responsibility, promote capacity and practical experience, build a united, clean, strong, innovative and creative Party Committee, agency and unit, strive to successfully complete all assigned political tasks./.
