For Gen Z, green living is not just a trend, but a smart lifestyle choice.

Living green, using clean products, and making sustainable choices are becoming a 'new culture' in the lifestyles of the younger generation. A clear example of this positive trend is the 'Organic Vibes' event – an experience of green living and organic products.

Many young people are interested in organic products.

The event is part of the non-profit campaign “Organic Easy” – an initiative aimed at raising awareness among Vietnamese youth about organic farming , responsible consumption, and environmental protection, implemented by the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association (VOAA) in collaboration with the German Organic Farmers Association (Naturland).

Tran Duc Trung, a student atFPT University, found it exciting to make his own succulent juice for the first time using organic ingredients, combined with stevia, coffee flower honey, or yogurt – a plant often considered an ornamental plant.

"I find it strange; I didn't think succulents could be processed into food or juice using 100% organic ingredients like this," Trung shared.

Here, young people not only get to experience organic products, but also learn about the "greening" journey of various brands and listen to stories about the development of sustainable agriculture.

In Vietnam, from July 1st, many open policies have been implemented to help farmers and businesses develop organic agriculture, such as increased capital without collateral and preferential land use. Therefore, according to experts, the market will experience a boom in organic production and products in the near future.

In reality, organic products on the market today are priced two to three times higher than comparable products, yet they are widely accepted by consumers.

Many policies supporting organic agricultural production have been issued in Vietnam, aiming to encourage the development of this model and move towards sustainable and safe agriculture.

Mr. Ha Phuc Mich, Chairman of the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association, stated: “We have only just laid the foundation for organic agriculture in Vietnam. Taking advantage of the fact that young people, especially Generation Z, are increasingly interested in health-related products will be a golden opportunity to promote and expand the consumption of organic, environmentally friendly foods.”

It can be said that "Organic Vibes" is not just a green festival, but a bridge to inspire sustainable living. In the context of increasingly serious climate change, the event serves as a reminder that every small action – from choosing organic products to changing consumption habits – can have a big impact on the environment and the future.
