Moment Russian FAB-3000 glide bomb destroys Ukrainian military base

The video released by AVP shows the moment when the FAB-3000 glide bomb accurately hit the target and the Ukrainian military base was completely destroyed. Experts note that the use of FAB-3000 bombs in the Northern Military District is becoming more and more frequent.

The FAB-3000 was developed by the Soviet Union in the second half of the 20th century. It is a high-explosive bomb weighing 3,067 kg and containing 1,400 kg of explosives. This type of bomb can be used to attack fortified industrial facilities, underground structures or dams.

When equipped with the UMPK, the FAB-3000 becomes a “smart” weapon with a long range. The guidance system increases accuracy, while the glider will help the FAB-3000 bomb fly 60-70 km to the target.

The FAB-3000 super bomb is designed to equip maritime attack bombers and supersonic strategic bombers Tupolev Tu-22M3.

In the settlements of Spornoe and Novoaleksandrovka of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, after fierce battles, the Russian army has gained control.
