This afternoon, December 20, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies held a conference to summarize emulation work in 2024 and set out directions and tasks for 2025.
The emulation bloc of party agencies includes 9 units: Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial Party Committee Organization Board, Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Board, Provincial Party Committee Mass Mobilization Board, Provincial Party Committee Internal Affairs Board, Provincial Party Committee Inspection Board, Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, Quang Tri Newspaper and Le Duan Political School.
Implementing the 2024 theme of "Discipline, responsibility, proactiveness, speeding up innovation, sustainable efficiency" of the Government , last year, emulation work was always paid attention to and urged to be implemented by the Party Committees and leaders of 9 units in the bloc by linking patriotic emulation movements with the implementation of political tasks and Party building work. The work of disseminating, disseminating and propagating the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State on emulation work was carried out promptly, seriously and with quality.
Units in the bloc have proactively developed plans, directed and coordinated with organizations to closely follow key tasks to launch and organize the implementation of synchronous, regular and effective emulation movements; promoted propaganda and education to raise awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers about the role and significance of emulation movements, and regularly urged, inspected and supervised the implementation of assigned tasks.
Thanks to that, the emulation work of the units continues to be innovated and has positive changes in terms of content, form and quality with increasingly widespread activities; emulation movements have been associated with the implementation of political tasks of each unit, and have been supported by cadres and party members. The results of the emulation movements have had a positive effect, contributing to encouraging and motivating cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the units to unite, make efforts and strive to compete in performing their tasks.
Notably, 9 units actively participated in physical training and sports activities launched and organized by the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and the bloc; visited and offered incense to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the Truong Son and Road 9 National Martyrs' Cemeteries, Quang Tri Ancient Citadel, and General Secretary Le Duan Memorial House; presented gifts to 15 especially difficult cases with each gift worth 1 million VND in cash and gifts from the Quang Tri Newspaper's contribution...
At the conference, representatives of the units in the bloc discussed and reached a high consensus on the results achieved in the year with many outstanding highlights. At the same time, they proposed directions and key tasks for 2025.
In particular, continue to promote propaganda, dissemination, dissemination, and serious implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; effectively and qualitatively deploy emulation movements associated with the implementation of political tasks and professional work of each unit.
Continue to promote the emulation movement of studying, working creatively, following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, associated with responding to the celebrations of major holidays of the year such as: 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press, traditional days of party committees, party committee offices... Continue to maintain gratitude activities, social security, cultural and artistic exchanges, sports and other activities launched by the bloc...
The units in the bloc unanimously proposed to award the Government's Emulation Flag to Quang Tri Newspaper; and the Provincial People's Committee's Emulation Flag to Le Duan Political School and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee was elected as Head of the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies in 2025.
