Tourist area 'shelved' for nearly 10 years on prime coastal land in Quang Nam

On November 10, 2017, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province approved the detailed construction planning (1/500) of Vien Dong beach area. According to the planning project, the main functional areas here include commercial service facilities, accommodation areas, green areas and other auxiliary works. On March 10, 2022, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province decided to approve the local adjustment of the detailed planning (1/500) of Vien Dong beach area with 5 main functional areas: Beach service area (hotel accommodation services - tourist villas); resettlement land and border guard house; public service area; green area; other auxiliary works area.
