National Highway 49B from Km1+000 - Km48+000 is flooded 0.2 - 0.7m deep and has been barricaded to prohibit traffic; at Km98+000 - Km102+000, rocks and soil have spilled onto the road surface, limiting traffic speed. National Highway 49 has landslides at Km49+200, Km50+500, Km50+700, Km51+250 (Kim Quy Pass), the slope has been eroded and is now open to traffic; at Km48+700 (Kim Quy Pass) and Km75+070, the slope has been eroded and is now temporarily open to traffic with one lane. The flooded sections on National Highway 49 are currently closed to traffic, including Km1+000 - Km14+500, the water is 0.4-0.5m deep; Km20+300 - Km21+500 water level is 0.6 - 1m; Km23+810 - Km23+850 water level is 0.4 - 0.6m. Ho Chi Minh road, West branch, from Km 366 - Km 412+500, traffic is completely blocked in many locations, other sections are running normally.

For the La Son - Tuy Loan expressway section from Hue to Nam Dong area, traffic has been temporarily opened; the section from Nam Dong to Da Nang city is congested. The Cam Lo - La Son expressway section through Hue city is running normally.
For provincial roads, the water level on rivers is currently at a high level above alert level III, causing flooding that greatly affects traffic. Dozens of provincial roads are flooded from 0.2 to 1 meter deep, so authorities have barricaded and banned traffic. Urban, inner-city, and inter-ward and commune road systems are flooded; it is recommended to ensure safety and prohibit non-functional vehicles from circulating.
By the afternoon of the same day, flood levels on the Huong River and Bo River in Hue City were gradually decreasing but were still at a high level above alert level 3, causing widespread flooding.
