The inspection showed that the schools selected to host the examination sites had fully prepared facilities, arranged official examination rooms, backup examination rooms, offices of examination site leaders, especially rooms for storing exam papers and test papers to ensure safety and confidentiality. The examination organization plans were systematically developed, focusing on ensuring security and order, environmental sanitation, fire and epidemic prevention, as well as arranging accommodation and transportation for staff on duty. At the same time, the examination sites also proactively developed plans to support candidates throughout the examination process.

According to the Department of Education and Training, this year's 10th grade entrance exam has 11,088 candidates registered, of which 10,889 candidates will directly take the exam at public high schools in the area. The whole province has established an examination board with 23 examination sites.

Up to now, the preparation for the exam has been coordinated and implemented systematically and synchronously by the education sector, from directing review, professional training, preparing facilities, ensuring security, health, and communications to organizing the "Supporting the exam season" program at the exam sites. The coordination between high schools and the authorities, police, health, telecommunications, and electricity at all levels has been closely implemented to ensure that the exam takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.

After listening to the report and conducting the actual inspection, the members of the delegation exchanged, discussed and contributed many ideas to complete the preparation work, from ensuring security and order, traffic safety to disease prevention, preparing medical supplies, food hygiene and safety; exam support work and preparing measures to prevent fires, electrical incidents, etc. to ensure that the exam is organized safely, seriously, according to plan and regulations.
