Authorities raided a karaoke bar and found 10 individuals testing positive for drugs.

At 8:15 AM on June 26, 2023, the Administrative Police Department for Social Order, Provincial Police, in coordination with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department and the Ben Tre City Police, conducted an administrative inspection of the Lam Son karaoke bar on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Son Dong Commune, Ben Tre City.

During the inspection, authorities discovered three karaoke rooms in operation, with 20 customers inside exhibiting suspicious behavior suggesting illegal drug use. Initial rapid tests revealed that 10 individuals (6 men, 4 women) tested positive for drugs. At the scene, police seized several items related to the illegal use of drugs.

Authorities have drawn up a report and handed over the violators to the Ben Tre City Police for further investigation.
