Also attending were comrade Doan Anh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, leaders of departments, branches, districts, towns, cities, and 46/49 delegates of the Provincial People's Council, term XI, 2021 - 2026.
Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Hoai Anh emphasized that in order to ensure state management as well as create favorable conditions for the province's socio -economic development, at this session, the Provincial People's Council will consider and discuss 8 contents belonging to groups of issues on approving investment policies, adjusting approval of investment policies for works and projects, allocating capital to implement national target programs, and on social security.
The main content of the Provincial People's Council meeting this morning is to consider and approve the Resolution on tuition support levels for the 2023-2024 school year and tuition collection levels from 2024-2025 for publicpreschool , general education, and continuing education institutions that have not yet covered their regular expenses in the province. Specifically, Binh Thuan spent more than 215 billion VND from the state budget to support tuition fees for students. In addition, the Provincial People's Council also considered and approved a resolution on the Regulation on health insurance support levels from the local budget for ethnic minorities in the province...
At the meeting, delegates listened to draft resolutions and reports on contents related to adjusting the investment policy of the provincial funeral home project; investing in developing the grassroots health network in disadvantaged areas; and discussed and voted to pass the resolutions.
