Hung Vuong Park Project (Phu Thuy Ward, Lam Dong Province) strives to complete and start construction in February 2026. This is one of the province's key projects to celebrate the Party's founding day.

On December 1, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to hear a report on the implementation of the Hung Vuong Park Project.

According to the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 2, up to now, the project has completed the project's environmental impact assessment report and been approved by the Provincial People's Committee; procedures according to regulations and submitted to the Department of Construction for appraisal of the Project Investment Proposal Report; carried out the work of measuring and making cadastral maps for the Department of Agriculture and Environment for appraisal, serving the work of land recovery and allocation for the project.

However, the project still has many problems because the Branch of Land Fund Development Center No. 1 has not yet specifically separated the cases of families and individuals who have, are and have not had decisions on land recovery, have not received compensation within the project boundary, so the work of land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement has not been carried out. In addition, the project has not yet completed the procedures for determining specific land prices to serve the work of compensation, support and resettlement for the project.

The Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 2 recommends that the Provincial Land Fund Development Center direct the Branch of the Land Fund Development Center No. 1 to urgently separate specific cases of families and individuals who have, are, and have not yet had a decision to recover, and have not received compensation within the project boundary. In addition, the Branch of the Land Fund Development Center No. 1 and the People's Committee of Phu Thuy Ward coordinate with Board 2 to speed up the progress of the next tasks related to compensation, support, and resettlement for the project, ensuring that it does not affect the overall progress of the project.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said that the project was behind schedule. Therefore, relevant units must quickly deploy to complete the project's tasks soon. Committee No. 2 must proactively coordinate and urge departments, branches, and organizations to fully deploy the tasks to ensure progress according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
