On the afternoon of October 15, at the international press conference announcing the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party to collect opinions from cadres, party members and people, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong said that the Party wishes to complete and improve the quality of the documents.

According to Mr. Duong, widely consulting with people, experts, intellectuals and social organizations helps the draft become comprehensive, practical and meet the country's development requirements.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized that the document will accurately reflect the situation, aspirations and interests of all people, enhance democracy and transparency, clearly demonstrate the motto of "people know, people discuss, people inspect" in building major policies, creating opportunities for people to publicly contribute opinions and build a clean and strong Party, contributing to creating consensus and trust in society.

Mr. Duong said that participating in giving opinions helps each citizen understand their role and responsibility in the country's major issues, and at the same time forms the habit of monitoring and social criticism of important policies. When people participate in giving opinions, the document will receive widespread support, thereby creating a foundation for effectively implementing the country's development goals.

Along with that, the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee pointed out that collecting opinions also contributes to mobilizing intelligence and practical experience and raising citizens' awareness and responsibility. People's contributions help to discover problems and solutions that the drafting agency has not foreseen, combining science , management experience and real life.

"Through collecting public opinions, the Party affirms its concern, listening to and respecting the people's voices, and at the same time demonstrates its determination to build an increasingly developed country, with rich people, a strong country, and a fair, democratic and civilized society," said Mr. Duong.

Also at the press conference, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lai Xuan Mon also emphasized that, in the spirit of seeking truth and wishing to listen to frank and substantive comments, the Party will organize the collection of comments in a democratic, systematic, scientific, quality and effective manner. At the same time, it will fully and accurately absorb and synthesize comments, as a basis for perfecting the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

This demonstrates the spirit of democracy and promotes social intelligence in the process of building and planning the Party's policies and guidelines.

"All opinions, if they have a scientific basis, practicality and constructive goodwill, are respected and considered fairly. The criteria are conformity with the country's development orientation, feasibility and reflection of the legitimate interests of the people.
