Ms. Tran Phuong Linh, Director of Marketing and Information Technology at BenThanh Tourist, said that the number of domestic tour bookings is quite high, while outbound tours have increased by 10%-20% compared to normal days. Typical examples include Southeast Asia tours and Northeast Asia tours (South Korea, Japan, etc.), which are quite popular. Tourists tend to research and book overseas tours quite early. Mr. Tran The Dung, General Director of Vietluxtour, commented that the outbound tour market has reached over 70% of its target, focusing on routes to Europe, America, Australia, and Northeast Asia.
Southeast Asia tours can be booked close to the departure date because no visa procedures are required. The domestic tour market, however, has reached approximately 60% of its target, including package tours and combo deals. Domestic tourists tend to book tours close to the departure date or during holidays, so the company is always ready to provide services.

According to predictions from businesses, this tourist season will "boom" as people have longer holidays. Representatives from several hotels in Vung Tau City said that the number of bookings for the April 30th holiday has increased significantly, with the Back Beach area already exceeding 50% occupancy. Meanwhile, in the Ho Tram area (Xuyen Moc district), bookings were made very early, mostly by families on vacation.
During this period, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province will organize many interesting activities such as photo, fine art, and sculpture exhibitions between artists from Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Duong provinces (from April 28 to May 2); in Xuyen Moc district, there will be a grand music festival, Charm Fantasea, featuring many famous singers on April 30. In Con Dao district, many activities will be held continuously from April 22 to 30, including a thematic exhibition "Hoang Sa, Truong Sa - Sacred Sea and Islands"; a cycling campaign to protect the environment; climbing Mount Thanh Gia; traditional raft racing, etc. In Lam Dong, Mr. Dinh Tuan Anh, Director of the Valley of Love tourist area, said that they are renovating the tourist areas to accommodate the expected surge in visitors during this period.

According to the Kien Giang Provincial Department of Tourism, airfares to Phu Quoc from other locations are quite high during this period, so many businesses are focusing on operating high-speed ferry services from the mainland to the island. Currently, there are 28 high-speed ferry trips per day between Rach Gia and Ha Tien to Phu Quoc City and vice versa. In addition, the transportation infrastructure in the region has been interconnected and upgraded, with many expressways put into operation, so many people prefer to travel to the island by car for convenience and cost savings.

The People's Committee of Phu Quoc City (Kien Giang province) has just issued a document directing relevant units to strengthen fire safety inspections and price listings to ensure safety and attract tourists. According to observations by the SGGP newspaper's reporting team, in Vung Tau City, room prices during the April 30th holiday this year were quite stable, with 5-star rooms for two people ranging from 3.6 to 4 million VND; 4-star rooms priced from 1.3 to 2.4 million VND depending on proximity to the beach. The remaining 2-3 star rooms were priced around 1 million VND, and smaller hotels cost approximately 300,000-600,000 VND… Similarly, most accommodations in Da Lat City still have vacant rooms, with prices remaining relatively stable.
