On the evening of March 10, at the Pho Ben Doi art space, the opera concert " Love Season" by the Kosmos Opera artist group took place.
The program is part of the Vietnam Classical Music Festival, which will take place continuously from March 10 to March 17. This is the first season of the Vietnam Classical Music Festival.
The event in Da Lat marked the birth of this cultural and artistic event.
Vietnam Classical Music Festival 2024 brings together more than 100 famous domestic and international artists with 17 performances organized by the Vietnam Youth Music Institute (VYMI) and Vietfest. This is a highlight activity after Da Lat joined the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of music.
Before the opera concert at Pho Ben Doi, the same morning Vietnam Classical Music Festival began with a brass concert (Sound of Brass) taking place at Da Lat Art Palace (Ly Tu Trong Street).
In some other spaces, artists have tried to combine painting exhibitions and classical music to increase the attraction of the event.

The Vietnam Classical Music Festival takes place at four locations and some events are paid. Organizers say most of the free programs are held in public spaces for easy access for residents and visitors.

According to the organizers, many famous artists and orchestras such as Hanoi Brass Community, Tran Le Quang Tien, Tran Le Bao Quyen, Kosmos Opera group... will perform many programs in the following days.

Along with the concerts are the workshops of Vietnam Classical Music Festival 2024 at Pho Ben Doi art space.
