On February 28, there will be an incense offering ceremony by the delegation of the province and Mong Cai city; the opening ceremony of the Xa Tac temple festival 2025; the welcoming ceremony (the procession of the Gods in spring), the anointing ceremony, the Xa Tac worship ceremony; the offering ceremony of items from communes, wards, agencies and units; the worship ceremony for sentient beings and the departure ceremony. Xa Tac Temple is located on the bank of Ka Long River bordering Vietnam - China, in Quarter 3, Ka Long Ward, Mong Cai City.
