Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation visits and works with businesses

In order to grasp the production and business situation, life, employment, thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees in enterprises, from September 9 to 13, the Working Group of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation organized a program to visit and work with the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and enterprises in the province.

Through that, the Provincial Federation of Labor promptly made recommendations to local Party committees and authorities to remove difficulties and obstacles, support businesses in maintaining stable production, and ensure legitimate rights for workers.

At the working session with the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, the delegation discussed and agreed on solutions to further improve the care of workers' material and spiritual lives; monitor and promptly resolve arising issues related to labor relations.

Next, the delegation of the Provincial Federation of Labor visited and worked at 10 enterprises under the Industrial Park Union Working Committee. At the enterprises, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor grasped the production, business situation and life of union members. At the same time, the delegation requested that grassroots unions continue to proactively monitor, promptly propose and make recommendations to competent authorities to protect the rights of workers, support enterprises to develop stably and sustainably and contribute to building harmonious and progressive labor relations.
