Provincial Labor Federation trains union members in professional skills and work skills

Vice President of An Giang Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Nhat Tien oriented the work of developing union members; reorganizing and streamlining the apparatus in the union system. At the same time, he shared about propaganda skills and developing union members.

In particular, in the work of developing union members at the grassroots level, the training session analyzed in depth the shortcomings and difficulties that union officials often encounter when carrying out propaganda and mobilizing union members at enterprises. Based on experience and practical situations, union officials, especially the chairmen of grassroots unions at enterprises, shared obstacles and difficulties to learn from experience and solve them, and perform better in the future.

At the training course, union officials were also provided with contents and methods of union officials' activities in the current period by Head of the Organization Board of An Giang Provincial Labor Federation Truong Tung Son.
