Accordingly, the Mass Art Festival - Ethnic Costume Performance of Yen Bai province to celebrate the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) will be held on May 18, 2025 in Yen Bai city.

Participants: Artists and mass art actors in districts, towns and cities of Yen Bai province.

Content: Praising the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, country, preserving ethnic cultures...

Form: Singing, dancing, music.

Ethnic Costume Show: Introducing traditional costumes of local ethnic groups.

Programs participating in the Festival must ensure the following requirements:

- Poetry, dance and music must ensure content, form and artistic quality; costumes and props must be appropriate to the content of the performances; lip-syncing and use of pre-recorded music and lyrics devices are not allowed.

- The ethnic costume performance must be in original traditional costumes, not stylized.

Each group participating in the Festival creates a song, dance and music program with its own unique identity of the local ethnic groups.

The groups choose to introduce and perform traditional costumes of local ethnic groups such as: everyday costumes, festivals, weddings. Depending on the conditions and staging of each group, the Organizing Committee does not limit the number of participants. The performance must have a narration explaining and introducing each costume.

Each group's participation program is maximum 15 minutes.

Awards: The Festival Organizing Committee awards souvenir flags, certificates of merit, and award certificates to the performances participating in the Festival.

Through the Festival, it aims to promote propaganda and mobilize people of all ethnic groups in the province to promote the spirit of national solidarity, historical traditions, preserve, maintain and promote traditional cultural values, promote mass cultural and artistic movements, improve the material and spiritual life of the people, build Yen Bai people "Friendly, benevolent, united, creative, integrated"; widely propagate among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people to fully and deeply understand the great contributions and contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese revolutionary cause, express infinite gratitude to him, contribute to deepening and effectively implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
