Specifically, at around 4:00 p.m. on July 7, the authorities caught Nguyen Duc Thao (born in 1989, residing on Tran Binh Trong Street, Buon Ma Thuot Ward; currently residing on Phan Boi Chau Street, Thanh Nhat Ward) in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs. The seized evidence was a nylon bag containing drugs.
Expanding the investigation, Buon Ma Thuot Ward Police coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department - Provincial Police to search Thao's residence, confiscating another similar package, a small scale; at the same time clarifying the accomplice role of Bui Thi My Tien (born 1982, Thao's wife).

Then, at around 6 p.m. on July 8, Buon Ma Thuot Ward Police continued to catch two subjects, Nguyen Van Lam (born in 1999) and Tran Thi Kim Thuy (born in 1998), both residing in Cao Thang Village, Ea Kao Ward, illegally possessing drugs. The exhibits included a nylon bag containing crystal meth, an iPhone, and a Vision motorbike.
The cases are being further investigated and handled according to the law.
