Link to register online for kindergarten, grade 1, grade 6 in Hanoi in 2024

According to the plan of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, from 0:00 on July 1, public primary and secondary schools in the city will officially enroll students in grades 1 and 6 for the 2024-2025 school year online.

Specific online registration times are as follows:

- Admission to grade 1: from 0:00 on July 1 to 24:00 on July 3

+ Enrolling 5-year-old children in kindergarten: from 0:00 on July 4 to 24:00 on July 6

+ Admission to grade 6: from 0:00 on July 7 to 24:00 on July 9

Link to register online for grade 1 in Hanoi in 2024: Parents visit the website https://tsdaucap.hanoi.gov.vn.

Parents follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Microsoft Edge web browser (or Firefox, Chrome, Safari).

Step 2: Access the address: https://tsdaucap.hanoi.gov.vn/

Step 3: On the home screen, parents should carefully read the information about regulations, information, and instructions for enrollment registration.

Step 4: Select [Register for admission], the interface displays the admission periods, parents select the admission period to register, click the [Register] button.

Step 5: Parents enter complete and accurate student information into the Student Information Form.

- For parents choosing the Admission period: Kindergarten => Fill in all required information marked with (*) on the form.

For students to study in the right school, parents need to enter the correct residence status (Permanent residence, Current residence).

After completing the student profile, parents enter the Security Code, check the box Commit to declare correct information and [Submit registration] to send the student's profile to the school for enrollment registration.

- For parents who choose the Admission period as Grade 1 or Grade 6

=> Parents choose to enter the information Personal Identification Number + Password or Student Code + Password provided by the final school and [Search]. The information form will display full information of the final school declared, parents check and add other information if any (especially require the correct Phone Number field in Contact Information to serve the contact work during the enrollment stage).

After completing the student profile, parents enter the Security Code, check the box Commit to declare correct information and [Confirm] to send the student's profile to the school for enrollment registration.

- All information fields marked with a red * are required.

- Parents must enter correct notification phone number and email to receive admission notices from the Departmentof Education and the school (if any).

- For Grade 1 and Grade 6 admissions: Parents directly enter the Personal Identification Number or Student Code and Password previously provided by the final school. The system automatically displays full student information, parents check again and register for admission.

Step 6: After receiving the results of the application review from the school, parents select [Search for results].

In order to best prepare conditions to support enrollment in the first grades of the 2024-2025 school year, the Department of Education and Training has piloted the First Grade Enrollment System from June 15, 2024 to June 17, 2024, with the aim of helping parents and students become familiar with the registration process.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training requests educational institutions to prepare to ensure adequate facilities, personnel and conditions to officially deploy the Online Admission System (admissions office, computers, printers, procedures, specific assignment of work content, arrangement of admissions officers, online admissions support working group to assist parents in registration...).

100% of educational institutions directly support, guide, answer information about enrollment and support online enrollment registration (for parents of students who do not have tools, supporting equipment, or conditions to register online).
