Brigade 162, Naval Region 4 assigned forces to help people build and repair houses after floods.

On the morning of December 2, Brigade 162, Naval Region 4 organized a briefing and assigned tasks to forces participating in building and repairing houses to help people overcome damage caused by the recent floods in the South Central provinces.

The Commander of Brigade 162 instructed and assigned tasks to soldiers.

Together with the forces of Naval Region 4, simultaneously launching the "Quang Trung Campaign" at lightning speed according to the directive of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of National Defense , Brigade 162 mobilized 14 officers and soldiers with experience and construction skills, divided into 2 working groups to undertake the task of helping the people of Khanh Son area (Khanh Hoa province).

Soldiers carry out the task of expressing opinions to the Brigade leadership.

Grasping the spirit of the directive "Quickly repair and rebuild houses for households with severely damaged, collapsed, or washed away houses, ensuring stable housing for people before the 2026 Lunar New Year", the 162nd Brigade volunteered to help people, determined to exceed the plan before January 31, 2026.

At the briefing and assignment session, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Vuong - Brigade Commander and Colonel Mai Van Doanh - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of Brigade 162 encouraged and motivated the officers and soldiers before leaving for their missions; directed the competent authorities to review and grasp the situation, ensure material and equipment for the troops and make a list of reserve forces ready to reinforce when ordered. At the same time, each soldier was required to maintain proper conduct; strictly follow the 10 oaths of honor and 12 disciplinary rules when interacting with the people, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects. Every week, the Brigade Commander will take turns visiting, encouraging and reviewing the results of the tasks of each working group.
