Accordingly, in the first 10 months of the year, the Party Committee and the command of Brigade 971 led and directed the comprehensive implementation of measures in all aspects of work, successfully completing all tasks, notably: Transporting weapons, ammunition, gasoline, enlisted citizens, soldiers serving missions A50, A80, serving the Military Delegation of Russia, China, Laos, Cambodia and the Ministry of National Defense Delegation participating in A80; transporting 3 command vehicles and military supplies for the Lao Ministry of National Defense; transporting relief goods for the earthquake disaster in Myanmar; supporting people and local authorities of Military Region 1, Military Region 4, Military Region 5 to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods.

Along with that, successfully organized the Party Congress, Congress of mass organizations, Military Councils at all levels in the Brigade. Training and building of regular units had many positive changes; logistics, technical and financial work was maintained in order, ensuring the unit's tasks well. Officers and soldiers were united, assured in their work, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks well.

Through the actual inspection at Brigade 971, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements that the Brigade has achieved in the past time. In order to successfully complete the goals of 2025, the Chief of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering requested the Brigade to focus on implementing the following contents: Deploying and completing the targets of the 2025 Work Plan, especially performing well the work of transportation to ensure safety; determining reasonable supply and route of transportation, stopping at the right place, strictly maintaining the regime of preservation and maintenance of means of transport.

Implement technical work order well, maintain technical days and strictly comply with command duty, shift duty, and combat readiness regimes; strictly maintain safety inspection regime; strengthen inspection and rectification of fire prevention and fighting, labor safety, electrical safety, and lightning safety.

At the same time, the Chief requested the Brigade to do better in mass mobilization work and relations with local authorities where the troops are stationed, create a safety belt for the unit, promptly prevent social evils; pay attention to, monitor and help difficult cases and those in special circumstances.

Promote production increase, care for soldiers' lives; pay attention to natural disaster and storm prevention. Manage national defense land well, especially isolated and remote areas. Strictly manage petroleum and finance, and implement in accordance with regulations.
