Heavy rains caused the water in Nuoc Bao stream to rise and flow rapidly, causing the bridge pier and part of the Nuoc Bao bridge to break in half. Due to the destruction of the bridge, the traffic route through the area was completely cut off; 288 households with 1,212 people in Mang Na and Nuoc Bao villages, Son Ha commune are isolated and unable to travel.

This morning, the People's Committee of Son Ha commune visited the scene to inspect and warn people not to pass through this area and will immediately deploy a plan to build a temporary bridge for people to cross. At Eo Chim pass, in Ba Vinh commune, heavy rain has caused landslides in many sections, causing traffic congestion. The weather is getting worse, heavy rain can easily cause landslides. Local authorities advise people to be extremely careful when traveling, to avoid unfortunate incidents that cause damage to people and property.
