Minh Vuong left HAGL after 11 years playing in V-League to find new horizons in Binh Phuoc, while Xuan Truong also said goodbye to Ha Tinh (5th place team in V-League last season) to seek new challenges.

Although playing in the first division, Binh Phuoc FC is an attractive name thanks to its financial potential and clear ambition. Last season, the team nicknamed "Green Storm" won a historic play-off ticket. Although the V-League spot slipped away after losing to Da Nang in the play-off, Binh Phuoc's progress in the past 2 years has been remarkable. This is a team that is willing to spend and invest to get into the V-League, something that not every first division team has.

However, his scientific lifestyle and determination to practice to prove his worth helped Xuan Truong convince coach Nguyen Thanh Cong.

The former HAGL midfielder played regularly last season and helped Ha Tinh reach the top 5 of the V-League. At the age of 30, Xuan Truong plays mainly on experience. He still has good vision, long passing ability, and free kicks that are superior to the average. In a more suitable first-class tournament, Xuan Truong is capable of controlling the midfield.

If Xuan Truong brings creativity, Minh Vuong is a durable "engine" in the attack thanks to his energetic playing style, good long-range shooting ability, and admirable fighting spirit. 50 goals in 248 matches is a number that proves Minh Vuong's ability, showing that Binh Phuoc Club will have another formidable explosive element next season.
